This break gives everyone a chance to recharge, enjoy the rest of summer, and come back ready to build momentum together. In the meantime: - Keep using the community to share your wins, ask questions, and celebrate progress. - If you're working on something big, post your goals in the community so others can cheer you on and help keep you accountable. - Remember: small, consistent steps still count—even without a scheduled body double session.
