You’ve got the idea. You know the next step. But you wait for approval, for the “right time,” for someone to tell you it’s okay. We all have felt this… like we need a green light that never comes. It gets worse everytime you wait for certainty. It gets better everytime you move without it. Stop asking if it’s safe. Ask if it’s true to what you actually want. Act on it small. Let proof replace permission. What’s one move you’re waiting on approval for that you already know the answer to?

You wake up one way around your family, another way at work, another way online. The worst part is that none of it feels like you. We all have felt this… it’s like we’re performing instead of living. It gets worse everytime you copy someone else’s move. It gets better everytime you act on your own standard, even in private. Stop asking “what should I do here.” Start asking “what does the person I’m becoming do here.” Do that one small rep. Every time.
