LUX ORCHESTRAL STRINGS
I’ve avoided adding more string libraries since I already own Cinematic Studio Strings, Modern Scoring Strings, BBC Symphony Orchestra (and the Albion series), plus a few Spitfire extras. However, Sonuscore’s new LUX appears to offer some genuinely unique capabilities. What are your thoughts? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8tyUHUdlW4&t=1282s

It looks pretty good. The interface and morphing features are fantastic and are something I hope to see in all future string libraries. The price is a massive problem for me though. I have plenty of string libraries as is, and this one doesn't offer $500 of new value. If it ever goes on sale for 250-300 dollars, I might consider it.
Fracture Point (Orchestral and Metal(?) Hybrid)
Looking for some feedback on a track I wrote over two days with a friend of mine. I haven't had a ton of experience recording real instruments before (Specifically Electric Guitar), so feedback on that aspect would be great! Feedback on the composition in general would be fantastic too!

@Elena Jesssica I'm not sure I understand, sorry.
Video Game Track with a lot of Time Signature Changes
Looking for some feedback on a track I just finished. This one was loosely inspired by the sanctuary tracks from Deltarune, and their absurd amount of time signature changes. I'm especially curious about what people's opinions on the instrumentation.

@Zach Burger I figured people would enjoy looking at all the time signature changes haha

@Alex Pfeffer Thanks! Working with odd meters is really fun!! Out of curiosity, what sort of drums would you have liked to hear? I really need to either get some better Guitar VST's, or bite the bullet and just start learning to play... It's probably the biggest gap in my arsenal currently.
Video Game Esque Orchestral Composition
Hi all! Been looking for some feedback on a track I wrote in a couple of days. It's not for anything in particular, but I was loosely inspired by some video game soundtracks. I'm not sure if I'm doing this in the right spot, so correct me if I've messed something up 😅 A bit about myself: I'm 16, and I've only been composing for around a year and half. I haven't really focused on any specific style of composition and have jumped around quite a bit, so I don't think I really specialize in any one genre. I'm super keen to improve at orchestral work though!

@Zach Burger I currently work in Cubase 13 Pro, but I have a license for 14, I just haven't upgraded yet.

@Zach Burger I do like Cubase a lot!! I mean, there are some little annoyances, but overall, it's fantastic! I don't think I could do what I do in Ableton. I haven't used Logic before, so I can't really compare, but from what I know Cubase is still better.
