Guys I’ve been getting a lot of messages on my ascension let me know if you guys want a course I just can’t respond to all of them

I’ve heard all these different opinions about what is real and what is cope and I genuinely have no clue. If u guys could fill me in then that would be great! The main ones that come to mind are chin tucks, mewing, thumb pulling, and bonesmashing. Are these cope, and what other ones am I missing out on?

Yes guys if you have seen my first post I was indeed a sub5 vans have made my way to HTN (based on me getting absolutely no attention from women and no respect to men to pulling mtbs to stacys)and I’d like to talk about how different my life is since I’ve ascended. No hardmaxx used / mostly done with the TRP method and a couple of softmaxxes I thank god everyday for helping me find BP 3 years ago which has completely changed my life. I used to literally daydream about having girlfriends and being able to be that confident Chad I would always see around school. I promise you it’s literally another world the way people treat me. Especially with just basic respect and the looks from women. My last gf was quite literally a Stacy, and before I ascended I would literally daydream about having girls like that. Also to note I would work my way up the ladder of women the more and more I got confident and got experience.
