Hi Friends! I wanted to share a little update about The Light Collective. Normally we gather on the first Sunday of each month, but to be completely honest... July knocked me on my ass a little. 😅 It turned into one of those months that asked me to slow down, feel deeply, and move through some unexpected healing. While it wasn't what I had planned, I know it was exactly what I needed. Because of that, we'll be gathering next Sunday, August 9, instead, for a Guided Meditation & Distance Reiki experience. We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you relax, ground, and settle into a beautiful healing space. From there, you'll simply rest and receive while I offer approximately 30 minutes of distance Reiki to everyone joining us. No experience with meditation or Reiki is necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself the gift of slowing down, breathing, and receiving. After the month many of us have had, this feels like exactly the kind of space my heart is craving... and perhaps yours is too.
