Movement indepedence is something we take for granted
Desmond has been in the program 5 months and has made HUGE progress since day one. when i first started working with him, he would not have even dreamed of looking a box of cereal this way LOL! but as funny as it sounds, we lose little bit of our movement everyday if we dont keep it up! Good JOB DEZ!

Wherever you are in your mobility journey, don;t get "stuck" in one place! do just a little everyday to break any barrier or plateau you're on. The results from this mentality will go a long way when it really counts. Choose to move!

Dedication + consistency= Results
After 7 sessions, I’ve made great progress! Initially struggling with 10 squats using assistance, I've now increased to 20 squats without any aids. No joke. First 2 sessions I was struggling doing more than 10 & that's with the assistance of squat wedges & hands on table. Now I'm up to 20 with no assistance! The technique I've been learning has definitely helped me in my day to day typical movements from getting up from a chair to picking up a object from the floor.
