Day 4 Done! ✔️
My lowest Harmony dimension: The money and career area. Wind-down pattern I noticed: I don't think that my evening routine is good. I love to watch movies/series at night and go to bed pretty much after the movie has finished. Also, I use my phone as an alarm, so I have to get a real alarm clock. Morning pattern I noticed: Most of my morning routine is good (drink sparkling water, eat protein and fat) but I have to stop reaching for my phone first thing when I wake up. I decided to close one of my open loops: I did a face+neck+hand+arms cold shower and it gave me energy to close one of my loops https://www.skool.com/adhd/open-loop-now-closed And it made me feel: Accomplished and calm in my body. What surprised me: It surprised me, that I felt so great after doing the face cold shower. Now I have to work up the courage to do a real full body cold shower.

Amazing, @Elisabeth Popp Sambleben!! (PS with love - your tummy does not like sparkling drinks, even water - and especially not in the morning. If possible, switch to warm water, boiled and slightly cooled so you can drink a whole cup)

Took the dog and walked to the UPS store. Sent back the package.

Day 4 Done!
My lowest Harmony dimension: my business needs clients! Wind-down pattern I noticed: I am challenged to wind down after high-intensity dancing in the evenings, but i'll never give up dancing! Morning pattern I noticed: I have a pretty good one but it starts later than most people I decided to (not) close my open loop: i closed it to get it out of the house and done! And it made me feel: satisfied. What surprised me: nothing surprised me. I've been working on nervous system regulation for 5+yrs and doing pretty well - unless someone i care about rejects me 🫣
CONFESSION TIME - OVERACHIEVER MASK DETECTED
Hi everyone, I feel to share this to be me in my vulnerability. The fist day the challenge started I was not so active and I didn't turn on immediately, I was close to give up on myself and don't give to much energy and focus in the first live till... ...I was called going on stage live with Jim. This turned me on and pushed me to be present 100% in the challenge BUT... ...the dopamine dropped by understanding that there were levels I could reach commenting and posting and this actived my achiever mask and I started getting hooked by the levels trying to get the next one in the shorter time possible... ...seeing my masks in action was painful for me...the one who tried to be perfect become the worst judge of herself and of others...and after observing my overachiever mask running the show, on day 2 I chose to observe it and I went deeper asking myself: - what I want to demonstrate? - how long I want to let my mask running the show? - how can I be active in a genuine, kind and authentic way and connecting with my tribe without betraying my true self? - what is hidden behind the competition? I am using this like a possibility to feel the pain of realizing that my masks chose for me all my life and holding myself without justifying my loops or labeled me like a manipulative person. I am still working on it, I will share more if I feel. For now, thank you to everyone of you, feel free to share what you feel. Hope this can help. See you soon in the class

@Federica Costantini perfect sense! you're helping me with your words. I am usually very good at articulation, but I don't always remember all the nuances of our complexities. Where did our wounds about value begin? Who, in our lives, set them in motion before we were old enough to understand? How did they show up when we were young? External validation is still a drug.

@Federica Costantini - I've never been competitive with others (unless it's Scrabble or backgammon!). Maybe. ot s part of reducing the risk of exclusion. I always associated competing with sports, and I wasn't sporty!
I’m breaking free!🎶🦅
Hello! I’ve made it through day two! I’m trying to play catch up and I’m only a day behind here! But it’s ok. My masks have gone from people pleaser to rebel to INVISIBLE ONE.👻 Lately I’ve been hiding out at home, from the world. Lonely and bored.🪦 Feeling soooo stuck and low confidence. I’ve been trying to break free. Today I found gloves so that when I go through my laundry I don’t have to touch anything since I’m a mini germaphobe hahaha. 🧤🫧I don’t like the gross chores. Can’t wait to have a husband for that stuff lol! But I gotta be strong 💪🏼

Do you feel more like stepping out when you have to do something for someone else? Also, it's TOTALLY FINE to wear gloves to do 'gross' chores. You get to define that for yourself!
