I’m trying to find clients in a niche that is used to using IVR (interactive voice response) systems. The ones you get when you call the bank, or doctor and suck so bad. 1. What niches would be most likely to be interested in AI voice response to act as a call centre for them? 2. Who at the company would you attempt to contact for this type of change?
