Had yogurt and a banana for breakfast, followed by a back and biceps workout with core, followed by brat and green beans with an Apple and a shake for lunch. Just bought my walking pad to get back to it with my steps

Sauna and cold plunge
Welp they got me, got a membership, cardio day followed by 40 minutes sauna, Vitamin C shower and 3 minute cold plunge is exactly what the doctor ordered! At 7700+ steps before a walk.

SWTHZ, they have one in brip, Carmel and building one in fishers. Just a couple times a month and I got money off the first two months to try it out
Steps and water
Got 10k+ in today and over 100 oz of water after that sauna session
Lunch and cardio
Playing an hour and a half of pickleball and another 45 minutes of basketball. Had shake and chicken bowl with veggies after. About to check out one of these SweatHouz places with saunas and ice bath!
