Welp they got me, got a membership, cardio day followed by 40 minutes sauna, Vitamin C shower and 3 minute cold plunge is exactly what the doctor ordered! At 7700+ steps before a walk.
Playing an hour and a half of pickleball and another 45 minutes of basketball. Had shake and chicken bowl with veggies after. About to check out one of these SweatHouz places with saunas and ice bath!
