Offer Versus Deliverables Mistake
One of the costliest mistakes is not understanding the difference between an offer and a deliverable. Anybody want to discuss? Rooting for Ya, Travis
Offer Versus Deliverables Mistake

One of the things that I learned from you was that the offer could stay the same but the way it’s delivered could change. For example β€” showing how to make big ticket sales through email alone is an offer. That could be done 1:1, in a small group, via letters sent by carrier pigeon, or in a recorded course. The offer didn’t change. The deliverables did tho.

If I put on a classΒ on how to get people to promote you... And your programs, products or services (big ticket, small ticket or in between.) ...without needing to be paid ...and I put on the class no charge πŸ‘‰ Would you come? Let me hear from you πŸ‘‡and if I get enough interest... I'll set it up. Rooting For Ya, Travis PS I got my book to #1 by getting influencers to endorseΒ my book without needing to pay them. PPSΒ I was also a top ten (in the whole marketplace) on Clickbank for 5 years because I got people to promote me and I only paid AFTER they sent sales. FUN note: I was getting 30,000 visitors a day on normal days.

More sales WITHOUT __________ [pain in the ass]
If there was 1 thing you could eliminate from your sales process, what would it be? Just had a call with a guy who wants to feed his high ticket offers with low ticket sales. Smart thing to do. People who buy once usually buy more. Here's his challenge. He thought he needed complex funnels, killer copy, and other bells & whistles. I told him, "I hate all that shit." And asked, "What if you could sell without it?" Then we talked through a simpler plan. A plan to make sales WITHOUT what he thought he needed. It was a fun conversation that could create... more sales with less effort and shorter time to get started. It might not work. But what if it does? What if, we can get more sales for him with 10% of the effort? Wouldn't that be worth testing? He's gonna think my little plan over and we'll talk again in a few days. Sometimes it's hard to drop all the crap we hate, but think we HAVE TO do. Question for ya. If you could make sales WITHOUT something... what is your something? What's the pain in the ass you wanna eliminate from your sales process? Comment below and let's see if we've got any magic wands to disappear that shit.

@Jim Niswonger Thanks Jim. I don't have PSM 3.0 yet. I'm not sure I know what they want yet. I think I'm supposing that they want to sell more, which is probably true. But I don't think I know the deeper reasons behind that yet and how they would say it in their terms.

@Tj Shepherd this is really insightful TJ. Thank you. Sounds like these approaches would be useful for having more conversations, which would give me more data that I think I’m lacking.
Make Em Beg to Buy with AI Call Recording (March 7)
How I sold AI output to a guy who was HAPPY to pay me $6000 - that is at 1 hour 4 minutes into the recording. Here's how Claude summarized the call. Looks good to me. Key Highlights from Jim Niswonger's Training Call Here's a summary of the most compelling points from your training call about using Mini Monopoly AI to increase sales: Core Sales Philosophy - People buy because they feel understood, not because they understand what you do - The Hell Island GPS tool helps you describe customers' situations better than they can describe it themselves - Focus on making customers feel understood first, before offering solutions Winning Strategy - "Think smaller, test faster, stack wins" - This approach helps you avoid overcomplicating things - Define what "winning" means specifically for you (e.g., "How many happy buyers can we get?") - Choose games you want to win rather than competing against others Partnership Framework Three essential elements for successful partnerships: 1. Make it easy to get paid 2. Partner with the best people (who are already doing what you want to help with) 3. Offer something you love doing The ideal quadrant is working with high-quality partners where getting paid is easy, creating collaborative relationships that are: - Fulfilling - Lucrative - Fun Customer Acquisition Approach - Be a "connoisseur of fed up points" - Look for people who have something amazing but have 1-3 specific problems - The best prospects are those who have "more money than time and more courage than arrogance" - Offer a simple first step: "Let me give you a personalized X-ray into the minds of your best customers" AI Tool Application - Show how the tools provide quick wins that feel personalized - Use AI output as conversation starters, not final products (ask "How does that look to you?") - The tools create an unfair advantage by giving you the ability to deeply understand customers quickly

"I don't know for sure? But it could be that maybe your people need you to understand them in a way that you can't quite see. Would you like to just find out what might be on their minds that you could be overlooking?" Gonna mix this up with some other cool things Jim has said about the tools and see if I can make my first sale :)
