Weekly milestones - prime lender approved, waived finance conditions on the deal. I'll share when it closes. Trades did flooring and demoed a bathroom in the triplex. Weekly Goal - bath plumbing rough in complete, final viewing of new house, start listing details for units a & b

Weekly milestones - we got rate was dropped twice (ended up at 4.29%). Bath rough in complete, ESA approved. Weekly goal - Close tomorrow on the power of sale property. Lot of hoops and jumping... All utilities were disconnected so need to get the well going, potability test, septic pumped and inspection report, furnace fired up, propane tanks filled, and ESA signed off. Lender has a holdback until we get all that working and another appraisal done.
