I have been working behind the scenes to open up more funding options for everyone in here. These are two commercial real estate deals totaling a little over $4.6 million. I gave away more than $130,000 in commissions because I was not trying to make the most money from two transactions. I was trying to build the kind of lender relationships that give us more ways to get good deals funded. That work paid off. I now have more access, more lender relationships, and more options for people who need SBA financing, equipment financing, business lines of credit, commercial loans, and commercial real estate loans. The point is not for you to look at these term sheets and be impressed with me. The point is for you to understand that when you bring me a real opportunity, I have more doors to knock on and more ways to structure the deal than I did before. At this point there are no "secrets" in funding. It comes down to how quick you want results. Doing it all yourself takes time. You must study, take notes, and implement. All you are doing is putting in the work to figure it out yourself. The only reason people hire me...is for my time. So that I can view their situation. And then apply what gets them to results faster. Because you don't have to pull every single lever. To be able to make progress. You just need to know what levers to pull. And when to pull them.
