Realestate AI card
I recently developed an AI agent specifically designed for the real estate industry. This agent was created to help real estate agencies improve client engagement, reduce missed opportunities, and stand out from competitors. The system includes features such as loan simulations, chatbot functionality, and QR code generation. Real estate agency can enter their profile information to generate a personalized QR code. Clients can then scan the code to access the agency's contact details and personal information, making it easier to establish and maintain future communication. The core feature of this agent is its AI-powered chatbot. Clients can have real-time conversations with the chatbot, which acts as an assistant representing the real estate agency. The system integrates advanced technologies such as LLM, RAG, speech recognition, and image recognition. Real estate-related documents and materials can be registered and utilized through RAG, and agency can also create and register their own custom RAG data to provide more personalized responses. Additionally, the system supports direct communication between clients and agency. It can assist with drafting automated replies, while allowing agency to review and approve messages before they are sent. An agency can also upload property floor plans to share with clients and send individual property images to provide a more engaging experience. For client verification, the system uses SMS authentication. The chatbot collects the client’s name and email address, enabling agency to create a dedicated chatbot experience tailored specifically for each client. This AI agent is currently being used by several affiliated companies, and we are planning to expand it into a full-service platform with multiple subscription plans to meet different business needs.

Are there any agencies looking for developers?
I’m an AI full-stack engineer with 8 years of experience, and I’m currently looking to connect with agencies or individuals who can introduce me to potential clients. Many people have great ideas or business opportunities but hesitate to move forward because they lack the software development expertise needed to bring them to life. That’s where I can help. If you know someone who needs support with AI, software development, or turning an idea into a working product, I’d be happy to connect and explore how we might collaborate. Please feel free to reach out. I look forward to meeting new people, exchanging ideas, and exploring opportunities to work together!

I got tired of AI agents installing hallucinated npm packages, so I built a local safety net 🛡️
Hey everyone! If you're using Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or just vibecoding your way through projects, you've probably noticed that AI can be a bit... reckless with npm install. They hallucinate package names or pull in sketchy dependencies while you aren't looking closely. I got tired of babysitting my agents, so we built Agentinel. It is a zero-cost, local guardrail that hooks directly into your AI agent. Right before the agent installs a package, Agentinel scans it against a local database of 216k+ malicious packages and checks for hallucinations. If it's sketchy, it blocks it instantly. The best part? It doesn't just protect the AI. It comes with a terminal shim, so it protects your normal, manual npm install runs too. - Runs entirely locally (no cloud APIs) - Zero latency added to your workflow - 100% Free and open-source We just launched on Product Hunt today, and it would mean the world if this community could check it out and drop some honest feedback! Product Hunt: https://www.producthunt.com/products/agentinel?launch=agentinel Website: https://agentinel.habitwala.in/ Let me know what you think below, or share the craziest package name an AI has ever hallucinated for you!

Nice work. This addresses an overlooked part of the AI development workflow—the software supply chain. We spend a lot of time validating AI-generated code, but dependency verification often gets ignored. A local, open-source solution with near-zero overhead is a compelling approach.
