An energy healing business, helping women all over the world (my work is at distance). The ultimate would be an energetic SOS on demand, online. I would work with other healers to have a 24/7 service. Wouldn't that be great? For all those aches and disturbances where you know on beforehand that a doctor will not help.

@Aileen Seed love that! How do you do it? I recommend the routines of Donna Eden to some of my patients, as it is so important to balance and protect yourself energetically.
✨ Monday Morning Mindset Study Recap: The Knowing/Doing Gap ✨
This morning, we explored Lesson Two of Thinking Into Results, focusing on one of the biggest obstacles to success—the Knowing/Doing Gap. We often know exactly what we should be doing, yet we struggle to take action consistently. This gap between what we “know” and what we actually “do” is driven by deeply ingrained paradigms—our habitual thought patterns that keep us stuck in unproductive cycles. Key Takeaways: 1. Paradigms Control Behaviour • Our results are a direct reflection of our paradigms, not just our knowledge. • To create lasting change, we must reprogram our subconscious mind. 2. Awareness is the First Step • Recognizing the habits and beliefs that are holding us back is crucial. • Questions like “What’s the biggest negative habit getting in the way of your goals?” help bring these paradigms to light. 3. Shifting the Paradigm • Small, consistent changes in mindset and action can override old patterns. • Persistence is key—success isn’t about one big change, but a series of small, intentional shifts. A powerful reminder from the lesson: “Knowing is not enough to get results. Results come from behaviour, and behaviour is caused by the paradigm.” As we continue this journey, it’s important to reflect on our own Knowing/Doing gaps and take intentional steps toward the results we truly desire. What paradigm is currently holding you back from achieving your goals? #ThinkingIntoResults #MindsetShift #PersonalGrowth #ParadigmShift #SuccessHabits

I enjoyed the serene calmness of your morning moment. For me it was midday, but nice to jump into this morning energy. My biggest negative habit would be: making an planning every day, but not following it (enough). Getting distracted by the things I like. So planning the day is a first step, but following it is a second. I try to plan the more boring or intense tasks in the morning, and in the afternoon I can work on my new project (marketing my healing course). Any tips on how to follow your own outline?

@Tina Quinn thank you, I do gratitude writing in the morning, but it's a great idea to have gratitude for the boring thins too! Yes, bc that's my income at the moment. So another reason to come back next week :-)
Mindset shift in progress… please hold! 😆 🧠✨
I’ve been on a journey of rewiring my thoughts and breaking through limiting beliefs. Some days, I’m vibing high and manifesting magic… and other days, I’m just reminding myself to breathe through it 😅. Drop a GIF that sums up where you’re at on your mindset journey right now! Let’s have some fun with this and keep those vibes high. 🚀💫

Week 1: Thinking Into Results — A Worthy Ideal
We’ve just wrapped up Week 1 of Thinking Into Results, and WOW — what a powerful way to start! This week’s PJ Mindset morning lesson, titled “A Worthy Ideal,” focused on goal setting and the importance of choosing goals that truly inspire and stretch us. One of the biggest takeaways from this lesson is understanding the difference between A, B, and C-Type Goals: 🔎 A-Type Goals: These are comfort zone goals — things you already know how to do. They don’t cause growth because you’ve achieved them before. Examples: ✅ Paying off a credit card you’ve already paid off in the past. ✅ Losing weight if you’ve done it before. 💡 B-Type Goals: These are stretch goals — goals you think you might be able to achieve if you put in the effort. However, they’re still based on your current mindset and circumstances. Examples: 🚀 Starting a side hustle while working full-time. 🏃‍♀️ Running a 10K if you’ve been training. 🌟 C-Type Goals: These are big, dreamy goals that truly excite and inspire you!You have no idea how you’ll achieve them, but they align with your purpose and light a fire within you. Examples: 🎸 Becoming a professional musician and performing on stage. 📚 Writing and publishing a best-selling book. 🌍 Creating a non-profit that makes a global impact. 🏠 Building your dream home by the beach. ✈️ Travelling the world while working remotely. 🎓 Returning to school to pursue a completely new field. 🎤 Becoming a motivational speaker and inspiring thousands. The key here is to dream BIG and choose something that feels exciting and even a little scary — something that will help you grow into the best version of yourself. Key Takeaway: 👉 It’s not about how you’ll achieve the goal. It’s about choosing a goal that excites you and helps you grow into the person you’re meant to become. Feeling uncertain? Here’s your reminder: 📖 You are exactly where you need to be. Nothing else matters. We are in this together. Your Homework for the Week: ✏️ 1. Complete Lesson 1 and write out your C-Type Goal. Take some time to reflect and ask yourself, What would I LOVE to create? Let your imagination take over.

Wasn't there, but have a C goal. I wrote a course for women with health issues and now I'm looking to find clients. This is rather uncomfortable for me.... Asking for a sale, putting myself out there.... But as magdalena mentioned, not doing it is not an option. So every day I take an action that can lead to my goal.

@Tina Quinn yes I have been tempted to do it, but it happens on a difficult time for me: mondays are start up of the week. But I'll give it a try! Thanks for the personal invite!

Focus! I have a set of animal cards and took one with the question what do I bring to the world in 2025? I got the falcon, which obviously stands for super focus as opposed to tunnel vision.
