Iām starting to explore somatic work and nervous system regulation instead of trying to think my way into healing. Curious What was the first somatic practice or realization that genuinely changed you?
@Brandy Lozier That makes a lot of sense to me. Iām starting to realize how much the body can stay in protection mode even when the mind thinks itās āmoved on.ā Somatic work has been helping me understand that healing isnāt just mental ā itās physical too.

I think Iām only beginning to understand that healing can happen through sensation, emotion, and physical release not just through mentally understanding what happened. What you said about the body giving feedback as it releases really resonates. Itās making me more curious about approaching myself with less analysis and more listening.
