@Charlie Orme Right now, I offer hosting, domain management, and basic site maintenance (plug-in’s, themes, and WP updates. If something breaks after something updates, I’ll find it and fix it). It also includes ssl certification and semi-frequent backups. It also includes 10gb of storage for the website. This costs $50-$60/mo. For email hosting, I charge $10/mo per email account. Each email account gets them 10gb of storage to use for their overall business account with me. Every 10th email account hosted with me is free. This includes the hosting and storage of the emails. Over the phone support for emails is billed separately. Minimum charge of $50, or $75/hr. They can also opt in to a support plan which gives them 3 hours of support credits each quarter for $150/quarter.
