Hello
Hello Everyone, I am super excited to have moved the mentorship over to Skool. It provides much more ease for me to continue to add new content to the mentorship. However, I am most excited about the community aspect and hoping we can use Skools features to open more of a discussion board to ask and answer any questions you may have on the mentorship or seminars.

Hi everyone, my name is Ethan, I’ve been going to Headstrong for a few months and have been really enjoying the community. I purchased the Running Seminar so I can supplement the SGT with occasional trail runs on the weekends and the class has been great to think about the other aspects of running that I hadn’t considered when I was younger and didn’t need to think about injury prevention.
