@Joowan Park I would say my awards, because I already have a national leadership and local leadership position, so mostly just finding awards I could compete for to put on my college app. I already have the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (gold) so I am looking to aim for something on the side of a business award or entrepreneurship award. I competed in DECA last year and got top 5 in state, but DECA is really overcrowded for awards so im looking to get an award that will have some value to it. Thank you for responding!

Breaks are important
Studying 24/7 is impossible. Even if you manage to do so, it's unhealthy. The best thing to do is take breaks. Here are a few things to do 1. take care of your health --> if your health fails on you then whatever work you have done won't be worth it. make sure you take walks and exercise your body for 10 mins. 2. Drink water --> common tip but water helps your body so much and even sitting down and having a cup of water as the first thing in the morning is just such a good habit 3. get enough sleep --> whether its thru naps or just your night sleep, get at least 6-7 hours a day. 4. enjoy highschool w ur friends. it's important to focus on urself and lock in but it's also important to have a social life. having a balance is what helps you succeed. This will help you know how to manage your life so in the future it isn't a skill you need to learn. remember to be social! 5.

I would also say one of the most underrated way of taking a break/ reducing stress specifically would be exercising, it can be in any form whether that be taking a quick walk down the street or going to the gym to lift weights. I have personally found it so rewarding after working out to have your headspace cleared and a new fresh mindset. If you don't have the time to do that, even just getting outside for 5-10 minutes a day really makes an impact with your well-being and overall it's a great way to not have everything from school and life compile without relief at times.

I would say at the start of spring break- will allow you to get the content memorized and overall give you spaced out study sessions as the end of the year (outside exams) usually ends winding down past spring break in my experience. Hope this helped.
