A couple good swings off of front toss before the season kicks off

Hese and intersquad single the other way, off the end but dropped. Did a no stride drill and some mindless rounds of bp just trying to clear the mind during the swing. Still working through my hands feel when i get the chance.

Some video from lefty flips, didn't have a machine available unfortunately. Focusing on staying on the ball, driving it back to where it came from. One thought i had about my hands, in regard to them rising in the load, maybe it is because im loading or pulling back with my upper body to soon? Instead of getting that pullback as I go forward, I may be getting the pullback to soon, causing my body to try and stay in rhythm and raise my hands? Let me know what you think.

Felt good on these swings at the end of the round, focusing on driving it middle. Also working on getting a better angle than this, need to get my tripod on campus so I don't have this view from below.

Some swings while trying to keep the hands low. They felt very low even though im still bringing them up a good amount.
