YOU control what you drink. YOU control how you move your body. YOU control the information that goes into your brain. YOU control where you spend your time (and who you spend it with). YOU control your effort. YOU control your attitude. YOU control your decisions. See what I'm getting at? YOUR INPUTS DECIDE YOUR LIFE. Most people obsess over the things they can't control. Even worse? They let it dictate both their mood and effort. "The weather is bad so I'm not running today" "I don't feel good so I'm not going to work" "I had a hard day so I'm going to cheat on my diet and get a burger" When you let external circumstances dictate your life, your life looks like SHIT. Focus on what you can control. That's when your life becomes your choice again. - Ethan

It all adds another line to your story. So you need to ask yourself... What kind of story are you trying to write? One of determination, perseverance, and integrity? Or one of losses, excuses, and laziness? It's going to be told whether you like it or not.
