My weight loss journey: Iāve been wanting to write this for a long time. In 2022, I was at my heaviestā127kg (see photo on the left). Over the next 3 years, I did lose some weight, but I could never truly reach my goals or stay consistent. It was very up and downāsometimes more down than up. On 12 January 2026, everything changed. After receiving quite a few comments about my weight over December, I looked at myself in the mirror and saw 117.5kg on the scale. Right there and then, I made a decision: enough is enough. Fast forward 16 weeksāI now weigh a healthier 90kg. Iām not yet where I want to be, but I now have a clear, achievable goal and Iām more consistent than ever. This post is just a short summary.
