Please welcome @Stephen McDonough to our top program! Diabetes reversal on the cards over the next months and many other amazing physique changes. Frankly, The determination Steve has is phenomenal. This guy has truly impressed me. As many of you know, it takes a lot to do that. I have no doubts Steve has more than what it takes to be a leader to many here as he’s already been doing! and everyone in mastermind program is going to have a great individual and friend we’re welcoming here on our calls soon. Steve’s performance in the free program has been exceptional with a 200 point glucose drop already and it’s been a while since I’ve been this eager to get someone started. First week complete
Good morning community, just wanted to put a couple things out there as it is now one full week since I started the program. so I thought I would give a little status report if you will of how things are going. When I started the program a week ago, my glucose readings were right around 372 - 380 fast-forward a week. yesterday and this morning my glucose number has drastically taken a dive for the good 😁 yesterday and this morning my average number was 175 that’s if my math is right that’s right around a 200 point drop in one week just from following the program. And another point let me even more awesome is that I’m not on any medicine no insulin no metformin or anything for my diabetes blood pressure or cholesterol medication’s. I don’t know that’s pretty amazing. My feet are always in a constant numbness, tingling and aching state all day all night and now that’s subsided quite a bit. It’s not near as bad. It’s not gone yet but not as bad. I’m sleeping better. I feel like I’m getting more of a deep sleep. I’m still not sleeping a ton of hours, but the sleep, I am getting seems to be a better quality sleep I am feeling a bit more alive when I wake up than I had previously. So in closing, first thank you Antonio. I know I keep saying that and it must sound like I’m a kiss a** but I don’t know what else to say except Thank you!! 😃I’ve tried other stuff I’ve tried another program. I’ve researched trying to figure it out on my own because I did not want to go on insulin or metformin. If all the research I did. The countless number of people I came across that reversed their diabetes so I knew it was possible I just needed to figure out how I was going to do it for me and that’s when I found Antonio and this community on the SKOOL platform. So the main purpose for this bit of a lengthy update on my progress is if there’s anyone out there that doesn’t believe or is unsure if this is where they should be trust me when I say you’re absolutely 100% no make that 1000% in the right place and in good hands. I would’ve never thought I’d be this far along after seven days. So if you commit and do what you an asked to do and follow the plan that you’re given you’re good. You’ll be great and able to conquer whatever it is you’re trying to conquer.

Steve, I have been in this program for 3 years, didn’t know that I was capable of following the program but with Antonio’s help and his guidance, I feel better than I have ever felt before.
Blueprint call
Just had my blueprint call with Antonio. I’m not sure where to start. But the value and the material learned was more than any other paid program I’ve tried. And as far as Antonio goes as a person, where do I start? when talking to him you can tell how much he truly cares about you as a person and getting you healthy again it’s not about trying to sell you a bunch of different products. Matter fact he doesn’t try to sell you anything. So when I say he truly cares about what you’re saying that’s an understatement. I feel more confident about attaining my goals than I ever have. I can’t wait to see the difference in a month and feel the difference. Anyways, just wanted to post something about the blueprint call that I just went through and let everyone know to definitely schedule it. You won’t regret it. That’s for sure.
