I'm trying to order something on glowglps and when I click continue to payment, it takes me to the top and there's a red banner saying something about the coupon not available. Can someone help? I want to pay with a credit card

I kept checking if someone was going to reach out to me and of course when I stepped away they reached out to me and 2 hrs went by. They asked me what I had ordered and I just now sent it :-(
