Just a reminder to us all that no matter how often you do a thing, no matter how prepared you think you are, no matter - you can still be nervous, anxious, think that you are not good enough. Yesterday I started to panic and feel completely unprepared for speaking at the Coaching Evolution Summit I was watching the other speakers and comparing myself to them I was concerned that I hadn't marketed it enough I was thinking that my usual MamaJness wouldn't be accepted. Honestly, I had all those thoughts. I also started thinking about all the gizmos, apps and slides I could create (to hide behind). Fortunately, because I'm still feeling under the weather, I just couldn't get into 'active' mode. This morning I decided I'll just do what I do - I asked myself "how could I be of service?" - and that's what came to me - be you, have them settle down and share what you know. So I did. I made a few notes in case I needed them (I did) I thought about a few stories that would deliver what I wanted to share: 1. You need less than you think 2. You never feel ready 3. No matter how much impact you have, you have to sustain yourself 𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱? I did my best I showed up If one person felt moved to be more of themself I did a good job. Thank you for the encouragement from @Louise Knighton @Sharon J Crabbe @Lindsey Elliott and thank you for coming Adina! p.s. I shared the 3 Principles at the end @Anastasia Dobrovolschi would be proud of me ;) p.s recordings are available in the community
