LLC question
We currently own a short-term rental property titled in both my husband’s and my name. We are considering transferring ownership to a single-member LLC under my name. Is this ok?

@Brian McDowell I went over the recording Ryan referred to. In the recording he mentioned lenders may have restrictions when transferring the loan to an LLC.

Education/100 Hours
Ryan, you said something interesting, education doesn't count until you go under contract. So I am gathering that education is fine after you own the property. Is that correct?
