I have been watching a lot of videos since the start of this year. I think Zack made a video about this. Many other YouTubers are talking about a big money crash next year. They say a new virus might happen and AI could take 80% to 90% of jobs by the end of 2027 and completely by 2029. How will buying and selling houses change if there is a big crash? How should I get ready? Many online videos say people only have 1 or 2 years left to make real money before it is too late. What does everyone think will happen? Will people still get paid for their deals easily, or will it take a lot longer to close a deal? Also, I want to move to another country so I do not have to spend much money. That way, I can just focus on housing deals. How should I prepare for that move so I still get paid? I heard I should tell my bank and open a Charles Schwab account. Does anyone else have advice? I am curious to know.

Government List. Who’s pulling skip traced government list or organized list to upload into XLeads

For the past few months I've been working towards my first wholesale deal using all the wrong methods. For example, pulling a ton of poor quality list, spending too much time over analyzing, lack luster follow ups, investing in softwares with lil to no knowledge and piss poor phone skills due to fear. I've gotten some reps in but from here on out I am DETERMINED to do whatever it takes to reach my goals with wholesaling. I'm going back to the drawing board and starting from scratch with no money. I've recently pulled smaller quality government/D4D list and will hand dial/text going forward. I plan to use the triple tap method and I am hoping to see some type of return with smaller quality list and consistent follow up. It’s all about trial and error, and moving forward.
