Fees for tax return next year
Hello! Would like to find out fees for tax return next year. Already contacted Laura and another person awhile back. Anyone else we can get in touch with? Thanks ahead of time!

I think I messed up my account type
Just now I was trying to join the Friday call, and it said I had to unlock VIP. I’m a current VIP member, but it still wouldn’t let me in, so I thought maybe I needed to pay the one dollar fee to access the new group because all three were combined. So I paid that, and now it says I’m no longer a VIP member, and I still can’t join the call. Clearly not my day… SOS…

STRs
Hey team! Just bought our first STR and launching in spring! Since we are early in the year, would you guys suggest trying to close on one more this year? Or is it best to spread it out 1 STR purchase per year to gain maximum Cost segg benefits to offset W2 income?

Congratulations! @McCall Carlson This is Debby. How did the logistics work with viewing and closing properties? We have young kid and hard to haul them around and not to mention renovating and staging the place.

@Jen Larsen thank you for sharing!
Dependent care FSA
We have a small business and from what I have googled, the employer cannot set up the dependent care FSA. But can I set it up for my wife who is my employee so that we can pay for the daycare for our 2 kids? Thanks in advance!

We found out that the spousal employee cannot have the dependent care FSA from the spousal employee if company just has 1 spousal employee. Does this ring true for anyone else?
Anyone here a brain surgeon for kids?
Asking for a friend: Looking for some help. My son was just diagnosed with a host of neurological disorders (OCD, ADD, depression, anxiety, learning disorders, etc.) after a brain mapping session from a company in Scottsdale called the Nerofeedback Institute. The technology comes out of MIT and Harvard (just to say, it's not a fly by night operation). They claim to be able to treat him using a variety of alternative therapies. However, before I let "doctors" poke at my son’s brain, I'd like the opportunity to get some second, third, and fourth opinions. Does anyone have connections to neurologists or neuroscientists they know and trust? I'd be grateful for an introduction if so!

My neurologist friend who has a high spectrum autistic son wrote this: I may not give an answer your CPA likes but if there was some brain mapping/prodding that could be done to “fix” (her son), I would have done it already
