Let’s Make Some Noise 📣
🤗Hi Everyone! It’s so Exciting to see all of the new Directors and Creatives in The Digi Collective. Let’s have some fun and let’s get to know each other .. ⬇️Comment Below : 1. Your name + what you create or what you would like to create (director? animator? editor? all of the above? 2. One tool you’re currently obsessed with 3. A project you’re proud of (link it if you’ve got it!) To our OGs 🔥 you know the vibe, but let’s shake the dust off. Answer this one: 🎬What’s one creative risk you took this month that actually paid off? Could be a new animation style, a tool you finally tried, a story structure you experimented with anything. This community grows when we share the wins AND the “wait, this actually worked?!” moments. 💬 Tag someone in the group whose work inspired you recently. Let’s spread some appreciation and get eyes on projects people might’ve missed.

Hey everyone! I'm Ernest Williams, founder of Chill Zone Studios. I'm a filmmaker, writer, and creative director building original stories, with a focus on Southern Gothic horror and cinematic storytelling. The tool I'm currently obsessed with: ChatGPT and Gemini. Not because they make the work for me, but because they help me organize my ideas, challenge my thinking, and develop stories before I ever start production. Project I'm most proud of: Ghost-Writer, an original horror series that was selected for the Juneteenth Black AI Film Festival. I'm currently finishing Episode 2 while working toward the long-term goal of turning it into a live-action feature film. Appreciate the tag, Tamarah! 😄 Looking forward to seeing what everyone else is creating.

Ghost-Writer Episode 2 is finished — looking for honest reactions before the weekend release
What’s good everyone, I finally finished Episode 2 of Ghost-Writer, my Southern Gothic horror series from Chill Zone Studios. This one is called “The Lesson.” Episode 1 introduced Rome, Lexi, Rachel Poreè, and the haunted notebook. Episode 2 goes deeper into the mythology — writer’s block, a classroom vision, Lexi getting pulled into the curse, and the notebook starting to choose who it speaks through. I’m doing a small early-access watch before the public weekend release because I want real feedback from people who actually understand creative process, AI filmmaking, storytelling, and building an audience from the ground up. I’d love for y’all to check it out and drop a comment on the video with your honest reaction. The main thing I’m curious about: What moment stuck with you the most — the nightmare, the classroom, Lexi’s vision, Rome’s reaction, or the notebook ending? Here’s the early link: https://youtu.be/gZCW1Hp5y0c Appreciate anybody who takes the time to watch. I’m really trying to build Ghost-Writer into something bigger than just one AI short — I want this to become a real indie horror universe.
@Tamarah Douglas Yea I most def amp'd up the Horror part in this episode lol.

@ToWanda Carter thank so much I appreciate it
Ghost-Writer Ep. 2 is getting darker.
I’ve been working on the opening sequence, and this episode is definitely going darker. This is still a work-in-progress, but I wanted to share where it’s heading. We’re leaning more into horror, tension, sound design, and the curse behind Rachel Poreè. The curse is getting louder. Rachel is not done with Rome. Honest feedback welcome.

One of our newest creators @Trina Noel , who also happens to be my cousin, just completed her very first Ai promo for her business using Higgsfield! She followed the Turo One Prompt Module inside the classroom, followed the video tutorial, and brought her business promo to life! So many people think creating cinematic marketing content is out of reach until they realize they just need the right guidance & tools! Every creator starts somewhere. Every polished commercial begins with a first project and some trial & error! I'm incredibly proud of you! Discipline & consistency that's how you build marketing assets! Everyone, help me congratulate her on creating her very first promo using the 1 prompt module! 👏🏽💛

Nice.....
Trying to break the Algorithm with this one.
What’s up everyone. I wanted to share a recent workflow pivot that turned a massive algorithm roadblock into a pure creative flex. I’ve been incredibly frustrated with the standard algorithm pushing out basic, repetitive content. To counter that, I decided to stay strictly within my 90s R&B niche and build something surreal: an inter-species dining late-night slow jam featuring a cat named Mizz Pretty. Of course, the moment I tried to test it on IG, the Content ID bots instantly muted the track for having too authentic of a 90s sound. Instead of fighting the bots, I channeled that frustrated energy straight back into the art to build out the world even further. I generated professional character and prop reference sheets to lock in my visual consistency across the entire video. I’ve attached the final video cut, plus the exact reference sheets for Mizz Pretty and the Cat Cereal box. For the creators in here pushing AI video tools, here are the exact prompts I used to lock in the "Chill Zone Studio" aesthetic for my reference sheets. Feel free to test them out: Mizz Pretty Reference Sheet Prompt: Positive: A professional pre-production character design reference sheet featuring "Mizz Pretty," a pure white fluffy cat wearing dark 90s sunglasses and a pink flower collar. The layout includes three distinct angles of the cat: front-facing, side profile, and 3/4 view. The cats are sitting on a polished black table. The background is locked in as the dark Chill Zone Studio, featuring moody green and yellow neon spotlighting, deep shadows, and atmospheric fog. The sheet includes subtle technical design lines and retro typography reading "MIZZ PRETTY" and "CHILL ZONE EXCLUSIVE". Authentic 1996 R&B music video aesthetic, high-contrast, rich VHS film grain. Negative: daylight, flat lighting, white background, digital noise, human hands, extra limbs, dogs, cartoon, 3d render, bright, cheerful, removing sunglasses, dropping collar, changing environment, modern minimalist text, messy layout.
