Hi Quinn and Leon, Thank you on your reply and willingness to share some insights on R2R & SA a have sourced a 6-7 units in Cambridgeshire all in on block different size unit and 1 unit in london but london is a bit tricky with 90 day rule and the other in Cambridge is not very easy decision being a novice at this it’s a lot of risk and a lot of diligence to do and don’t have knowledge or access to research and resources, let me know if you have any insight or advice on how to apply or strategies to follow it would be greatly appreciated thanks Ermal
