Parasympathetic Journey
I’ve just finished writing my first parasympathetic journey for my functional breathing client who’s 70 years old and suffers from numb feet (I believe due to her chest breathing and general stress levels). Wish us both luck that it helps!

Post-Journey Cravings
Every single time I do a journey, I have an overpowering desire to eat chocolate - and I’m a pretty clean eater who doesn’t eat a lot of junk, and doesn’t usually really love chocolate. I feel nuts writing this because I’m having a hard time making sense of it. So, help me out - does anyone else have any cravings or compulsions immediately after a journey???

@Kira Tucker I have a reasonable amount of magnesium in my system as I eat blackstrap molasses regularly, but who knows - it could be. It feels more like my soul needs the chocolate as opposed to my body, but I could be wrong there. Gonna keep going and see how I feel after the next one 👍
Introducing myself
Must say this is wildly out of my comfort zone - not the breathing ;) - but the sharing. I normally dont share anything on social media or online, not so good when wanting to share your light. Breathing slowly as I'm feeling excitement shadowed by fear and imposter syndrome. Heyoo✌ So, introducing me. Camilla is my name and I am from the beutiful place called Norway. Dopamine
I just began the dopamine breathing week in MB30 course. Whooo....that's a bit of work! Does anyone include the dopamine breathing as part of regular practice? If so, how (meaning when and what percentage of your breathwork practice) and why do you use it?

So… I’ve really struggled with the dopamine breathing. Every time I’ve tried it I’ve been super hyped up to the point of anxiety for hours afterwards (and I’ve never suffered from anxiety) so I’ve had to leave it to the side for now. Might come back to it in a few months and give it another go.
Led my first Journey!
Was scared to death in the run up, but I actually loved doing it. Had no idea being on the other side of it could also be so beautiful 💕
