TURNING PRO
Hi crew! I wanted to send over some thoughts on fully going ALL in on what you want to be great at. Thinking of it like a full commitment to learning everything you need to know to become a "pro" at it. Knowing that we live in a time when we can learn so much online for free if we are willing to put in the 5, 20, 100 hours to get there. This concept is empowering because it gives us a set direction to break out of being an amateur at whatever it is and put in the reps that it takes to become a pro at it. And it can be anything! Business or personal goals. Example 1: You want to start an Etsy business but say "I don't know much and I'm going to learn as I go." Switching to "I am turning pro at running an Etsy business. I am going to learn everything I can about it and condense time by learning from people who have done it. It's not a matter of IF it will work, it's a matter of me not stopping until it DOES work." Example 2: You want to start cooking dinner more often and ordering in less. You currently say "I've just never been good at cooking." Turning PRO version - "I am turning pro at cooking healthy dinners. I'm going to learn everything I can about the different ways to cook a well balanced meal and I'm going to be awesome at it!" It's committing and knowing you can really do anything- if you decide to fully give it your all. What are you deciding to GO PRO at?

@Anna Gass Same!! Love that she's giving bite size bits of super powerful info. Love the PDFs as well!!
Happy Monday 2.0 crew!
I’d love to help map out what a week could look like based on what you are looking to accomplish. If you’re up for sharing with the group…. send over a few things that you any to make progress on and I’ll fully write out how I'd plan it! In order to have time for all the things we want to do- and actually get them in- we need a really good plan. I’d love to help in a very tactical way with this! Have a great start to the week!!

@Dayna Zielinski Hi Dayna!! I'm also a mom of 3, so had to say hi and that I can relate!! My kids are older (almost 14, 13 and almost 11) but I remember long days (but short years lol) of doing all the household/kid tasks that felt neverending!! Just a little note of solidarity and support ✨💓🤗

@Lindsay Dickhout Lindsay, this is amazing!! Thank you! I'm all over this!! SUCH a freaking awesome point and hack to work early in the a.m. There are some times (a few days per month, so not a lot) where I get up 30-45 minutes earlier than usual to get some hot projects done for work. I always feel super sharp and love sipping my coffee, it's quiet and I can totally focus...I get a lot of my best writing and editing done when I need to during those times. WELL! I say why not get up earlier every M-F to crank on my OWN CREATIVE WORK!! What an awesome habit that will guarantee I spend that time regularly watching turoritals, creating and getting it going!! And thank you for the tip on Esty and TikTok shop!! I'm so excited!! I'm going to apply this approach to my home as well (NEED to declutter)...why not carve out the first 15 minutes of my weekday mornings (after workout, shower, before I sit down to work) just taking a shelf or drawer, dealing with it, and BAM! On with my workday! STARTING TUESDAY!! (Kids have school off tomorrow so we are going to the Aquarium) Thank you again for your feedback and strategies, so helpful! 🙌🏼✨💖
