Personal dashboard
I’m building my personal dashboard in Lovable. I have a morning check in, combine it with all my personal data and coach. End of day nutrition information and a couple other questions. It’s still MVP but pretty happy sofar

Quick update on the project 👇 We started with a very simple idea: build an AI-first personal health coach that answers one question every morning: “What is the smartest decision I can make today?” Since then, we’ve added quite a bit: - Daily Morning Check with energy, motivation, fatigue, stress, libido, digestion, etc. - Integration architecture for Apple Health, AthleteData and Hevy - Sleep, HRV, resting HR, readiness and training-load data - Nutrition/macros and daily behaviour data - An AI analysis layer that combines objective data with subjective feedback - Daily recommendations instead of just showing dashboards - Progress and milestone tracking - A simple GO / ADJUST / STOP decision model for training - Early work on detecting relationships and patterns between recovery, training, nutrition and performance - Mobile-first app/PWA that is already functional rather than just a mock-up The next big step is getting all the health data flowing live and letting the AI learn which variables actually matter most for the individual user. Still very MVP, but it’s starting to feel much more like a personal decision engine than a fitness tracker. Would love to hear what you guys would add, remove or approach differently.
Rehab tool
I’m building a simple rehab app for someone close to me who has a rare muscle disease and is about to start a rehabilitation program. The idea is to combine a very short daily check-in with objective data like activity, sleep/recovery and possibly weather, then show progress, trends and milestones over time. The goal is not to tell her what to do each day, but to help her understand her recovery and give useful insights to discuss with her rehab team. We’re still very early in the MVP, so I’d love to hear any ideas, features or data points you think could be valuable.
So curious to know what you all are doing with this super power!?
just finished building out the Athlete.OS and Dashboard. SO FUN! Make sure to check out all the "take it a step further" tabs. My head is still swimming with ideas on things to continue adding to it. The carry over is insane. I cant wait to build out more personal aspects of this (non fitness related). What are some things you all have added to your Athlete.OS and Dashboard that maybe weren't covered in the course? I added a weight lifting connection to my Hevy app, connected my Strava for Runs and BJJ tracking, I also built out the "fuel" skill to not be race specific but to provide feedback on my nutrition given my activity and body recomp goals.

One thing I’m looking into is is tracking your time. We all have 24 hours in a day. It’s what you do that counts. I need a tool to keep me honest when I think I have no time
Gym plan tool
how do you handle the "logging mid-workout" problem? I built skill that generates gym plan for me. The one piece still bugging me is capturing data during the session, on my phone. My idea is to use a Google Sheet (one row per exercise: target vs. actual, RPE, notes), but typing into a spreadsheet between sets is clunky. Has anyone solved this better? Specifically interested in: - A logging app that's easy to use enough for between-set entry and still exports something Claude Code can read and later analyze - Voice notes you dictate mid-session and clean up later (optional) Not looking to rebuild the plan/review side, that part's working. Just want the fastest possible way to get RPE + notes off my phone and into something reviewable.

Jefit is what it’s called now
Welcome to Athlete AI. Introduce Yourself!
Glad you're here. I'm Kevin, an ultrarunner & triathlete (Leadville 100 was my most fun race). I'm not a tech guru. I got curious about AI, realized I could build training tools tailored exactly to me from my own data, and it actually worked. Now I want to teach you to do the same and connect with people building cool things in fitness with AI. That's the whole idea: learn something genuinely interesting, build stuff that's truly yours, and do it alongside like-minded people. Zero coding required. Five steps to start: 1. Introduce yourself in the feed. Something like: "Hi, I'm Steve, I run trail ultras and can't wait to build with AI!" 2. Complete the intro poll so we know we can build the content around what you want: Athlete AI Poll 3. Watch Start Here course (top of the Classroom). Two minutes. 4. Do Day 0 in the 7-Day Challenge: Set Up Your Workshop. 5. Post in Wins as you finish each day, tagged (#Day0Ready). We celebrate every one. The setup day is the hardest part, and we get everyone through it. Stuck? Post what you tried and someone (often me) will get you unstuck. Let's build. Follow the road to The Rut.

Hi Kevin, I’m from The Netherlands, 61 years old and very into AI and training. I’m not a runner, I train strength and do a lot of zone 2 on my spinning bike. I came across your Instagram via AthleteData. I’m using the platform much to my liking. It’s a great tool for me to use since I have a very data driven approach to training and my health. Looking forward to be a member of this community.
