SBA asking PG for minority investors too?

That article seems to be mostly speculation. What I've heard from the investment side who have been in talks with SBA is that any issues with minority investment came from the fact that they recently changed the rules so that only citizens can use SBA, so their ETRAN system is now set to focus on all owners involved. The downstream effect of this is that when a person defaults everyone in the system gets flagged. So allegedly the issue primarily stems from a database system error and is being addressed.

[Feedback Requested] One-Pager
Howdy everyone, I'm in the process of updating my one-pager after my call with Jed and others from this Tuesday's Q&A. I got great feedback, so I will be making another iteration, but sharing the current state before updating. Please pile on any additional feedback. I'll be sharing the updated version soon. Definitely make vertical for readability and transferability. Block of text in bottom half could be organized. Maybe a little bit more color generally. Right side has a lot of dead space, as if the section is unfinished. Looks great so far!

Claude-Coded Buyer Website
Hi all, we've been talking a lot of AI recently; I just used Claude code to build a fully functional buyer website. I have little technical background in this area, and it took me about 6 hours with me being very nitpicky. Someone else could get it done in only a few hours. Check it out below, I would appreciate any feedback on it, and am happy to answer any questions about how I did it. https://logbridgeventures.com/ In summary I uploaded my buyer profile, gave it a few links to buyer websites that I liked for reference, and it gave a strong draft where we made some edits, then it walked me through deploying it and cleaning up SEO for looking up my name and such. Very impressive work from Claude.

Fish on the line?
I have a deal that seems to have some potential (roofing biz). I may be wearing horseblinders because of an attractive multiple/SDE. Even still, I am seeing some potential and am realistic about some very real points of concern. I'd love a second set of eyes. If anyone wants to chat and kick around some analysis of a live deal in real time, I'd love to chat.

nit-picky is to say end first section with a period because you do so in the second paragraph so it looks flush. another thought would be to make the call to action of the closing remarks (drop "closing remarks") and make it more eye-grabbing, larger font, different color etc to say "this is what I want you to do". Just something to play around with if you want to make it more markety or maybe you want to keep it more professional. Looks good!
