Hello. Can anyone tell me where they are getting their starting doses and how often at?

On peptide dosage it said add 3 ml bac water. But that seems like too little. What do you recommend to start with a dose? For research purposes

Just started Reta. 10mg reconstituted with 2ml BAC. Took 20 units fasted in the morning. Am I doing everything right? Would appreciate any feedback and advice, thanks.
