Your recap isn't a grade. It's a map
Sunday recaps are live now, and I want you to read yours the right way. Most people look at their week like a report card. How many days did I log? Did I hit the protein? Was the weight up or down? That's the wrong lens. Your recap answers two questions: what was your main issue this week, and how are you fixing it going forward? That's it. The numbers just tell us where to look. The two questions are the whole game — they turn a week of meals into one move for next week. I posted my own recap in the Sunday recap check in category. 0 for 7. Zero days logged. I'm not hiding it — I was testing the app all week instead of logging my own meals. An honest zero beats a fake score, because you can't fix what you won't name. The app does the math. I make the call. That's the whole method. If you haven't posted your recap yet, go post it — weekly recap pic from the Coach tab, your one main issue, your one fix. Be honest — what was your main issue last week, and what's your fix for this week?

My week 😳
0/7 — I've been testing the app all week. I need to create a demo account so it doesn’t reset my score. It’s always something! Posting it anyway, because the ritual is the point, not the score. Weigh-in: 224.9 lb, 13.9% body fat. Down 8 lb of fat, up 1.9 lb of muscle since I started checking in. Main issue this week: testing instead of logging — the app got my time, my meals didn't get tracked. Fix going forward: log like a member this week. Create a demo account so it doesn’t mess with my personal stats.

My week 😳
Sunday check-in: post your week.
Part 1 — your recap 1. Open Muscle Mindset Autopilot → Coach tab. Your weekly recap is sitting there. Save it however you want. 2. Come back to Skool → in the “write something” post area write your post → choose Sunday recap check-in. 3. Paste your recap pic. 4. Answer two questions: — What was your main issue this week? — How are you going to correct it going forward? Part 2 — your weigh-in 1. Progress tab. Log weight, waist, and body fat % if your scale tracks it. 2. Front, back, and side pics. Same time, same light. 3. Let the coach analyze it all — if you want. You'll get a full read: how much fat vs muscle actually moved, your current targets, the pace you're on, and what your photos show — down to which body parts are changing. It'll even call you out if you changed the lighting between pics. Trust me: you're going to want these photos in three months. I posted mine in the Sunday recap check in category — it's the first one in there. 0/7, testing not logging, weigh-in and all. Your turn. No judgment in the comments. We troubleshoot, we don't shame. Let’s go!!!

Sunday check-in: post your week.
THE START 😅🫂
Hi, family: I’m starting a new chapter with all of you, and I know everything will turn out well. I hope to change my habits and my body so I can look and feel better about myself. I currently weigh 220 pounds, but little by little—with good habits and your advice—I’ll manage to lose weight. A special thanks to Eric for helping me... and thank you all for reading this... love you guys.

@Bryan Fernández Make sure you take a before pic! Any issues so far with the app or the material?
📍 Sunday Recap Check-In: post yours here
Every Sunday your Autopilot app builds your weekly recap card. Share it here so we can learn from each other. How it works: On Sunday, open the app and on the Coach tab find your recap card. Missed Sunday? It shows up the next time you open the app, and the Progress tab pulls it up any time. Screenshot the card and post it in this thread. Under it, write the two lines below. Copy and paste: One win this week: __ One thing I'll do better next time: __ (pick ONE small, specific thing: "get 30g protein before noon", "keep my sugar under the cap", "prep Monday's breakfast the night before") The rules: ✅ Post the card as it is, good week or rough week. A rough week is just data. ✅ Pick only one thing to improve. Small and specific beats big and vague. ✅ Cheer for at least one other person's recap. 🚫 No guilt or beating yourself up. Use the card's takeaway as your starting point. Example: [screenshot of the card] Win: Hit protein on both training days. Next time: Sugar was my leak, so I'll swap my afternoon soda for sparkling water and save my treat for the weekend. Post yours below 👇

Win: Average protein was over 150g on most days. Next time: Sugar was my leak, so I'll swap my afternoon treat for string cheese and save my treat for the weekend.
