@Evelyn Weiss as I mentioned early in the challenge. I went from the freemium model to opening a free community because I feel that in my main community, the value is really in the community as we work together. So a separate free community felt more appropriate. Now I have to go back and do the about page text and refine it to give more outcome language Here is the link to the new FREE community. https://www.skool.com/skoolclarity/about Another pivot. But I feel it's the right one. I'm more excited about where this is going now. and....I am having to go back to day one and redo some of this work because this is a new community.

Share your auto DM or pinned welcome post copy for feedback! Hey #NAME#, welcome! FIRST: Explore the classroom of FREE training. https://www.skool.com/skoolclarity/classroom NEXT: Join builders like you, creating strong culture so members stay, engage, and become advocates. FREE with 7-Day Trial. https://www.skool.com/communityclaritylab/about What's your upgrade path: Free → Paid community, Freemium → Tiers, or Paid → Annual/VIP? I decided since the main community has work done between members within the community itself, this is a value. So I needed to create a free community. So My upgrade path is now: Free → Paid community (with 2 tiers and a VIP savings) Any questions about traffic or conversions for your specific situation? I am starting to run ads again to my main community. Also I am starting my YouTube channel. Here is my question. Since my YouTube channel will be pointed to my main community, what is the best way to handle traffic that comes from YouTube to the paid community but doesn't convert? I don't believe it would be advisable to inform people of the free community...as this might deter people who were ready to pay to second guess. Or should this just be left alone?

Because I am building this out slowly over time, I am going to use the Freemium → Tiers model. - Any questions about traffic or conversions for your specific situation? No, I think I got it from the other communities.

Please share them The Creed Workshop 9-day Reclaim Challenge Daily Creed Prompts (how to apply) - Can you confirm you're clear on pricing / tiers now? yes. free with low ticket premium upgrade (for now until we get some wins) - What's your biggest takeaway or question from today? I am not sure If i need to create a whole other YouTube channel about this. I had a Video call with Ben and he said it would be advisable. I am not sure what this will do to my personal brand if I am making videos about business / community clarity on one channel and content for this men's community on another channel.

@Jane Cailhol I don't help people create Skool communities. I help them understand better what they are building, who it's for, why it matters; and then create the environment that promotes the behavior needed to make the promised outcome a reality.

- What borrowed brand does your niche connect to? it Doesn't. Im not sure. The closest I could connect it to is Marcus Aurelius. - Share your draft about page copy for feedback! 🔥Most men don't need hype, they need a place to be honest.🔥 If you're a father, husband, son, mentor, or leader, you know life pulls at you from every angle. Everyone has an opinion about what a man "should" be, and somewhere in that noise you feel the gap between who you are and who you know you could be. Creed for Atlas is for men who want to close that gap. Men who know someone is watching—your kids, your nephew, the younger guys around you, the man you're becoming. No ego, no judgment, no "alpha" posturing. Just real conversations, real accountability, and men who show up for themselves, each other, and the people watching them. Inside you'll find: ✅ A community built on 9 timeless principles ✅ The 9-Day Reclaim Challenge: Rebuild discipline and momentum fast ✅ The Drift: See where you slipped and how to course-correct ✅ Practical exercises and reflection prompts If you're ready to close the gap, not for applause but because someone is watching... ...Join me as I build this out, for FREE. - What felt most challenging: the questionnaire, the AI workflow, or narrowing to one niche? In this case, the most challenging was narrowing this down. My original idea was shifted to focus on, not just men, but fathers.

@Evelyn Weiss this was an interesting start. - What's your starting model: Free, Freemium, or Paid? Why? I chose the Freemium model because, although I have had a lot of success in advertising and in training development, all of my work had been in the background with my own agency. I just loved what we did. Personal brand was not a priority of mine. However, I know the impact this could have on the personal and professional lives of people, so I would have to have some paid tiers in order to provide the support and access the members will need to achieve their dream outcome. But, given that I do not have a personal brand, I will need a free entry point so people can get to know me. My current paid tier is very low just to get founding members and define the space better. - Did the info business vs community business distinction shift anything for you? In all honesty, nothing shifted for me here. When I joined skool I didn't understand the platform so assumed as many did, that it was another LMS with a community. But I quickly learned what it really was. So since then, I have been working at creating this community business. I believe it is the only way this actually works and is sustainable. Also, its the only way people can really get joy from what they are building. - Where are you on the brand spectrum — and how does that impact your positioning? As I mentioned above, I am not known. Personal brand was not a priority of mine throughout my career. Now it is high on the list. Really to protect what I am doing and have a greater positive impact on those who are around me and listen to me. So, the impact this has on my positioning is huge. I need to start now....I just need the help to do it the right way.

- What's your starting model: Free, Freemium, or Paid? Why? Well, this is the third time I am going through this challenge. This time its for a personal community that is close to me. Not related to my business. For this community, since I will but building it out over a longer stretch of time, I am going to use the Freemium model. Then in future I'll switch to paid once members are actually getting results. - Did the info business vs community business distinction shift anything for you? No, as before, understand the difference. But it is a good reminder when you are deep in building the technical, to remember why you are doing it. - Where are you on the brand spectrum — and how does that impact your positioning? I do not have a personal brand around this. And honestly I don't know what borrowed brand I could use for this,
