Parasympathetic Journey
I’ve just finished writing my first parasympathetic journey for my functional breathing client who’s 70 years old and suffers from numb feet (I believe due to her chest breathing and general stress levels). Wish us both luck that it helps!

@Rita Csontos Did the same and it helped me a lot to give structrure to my mornings. Today I simply do not start my days without doing a Dopamine Breathing practice. Even if I am in a hurry, I do it for 5 minutes. Life changing experience!
