Yoo i had this happen to me! It turned to jelly almost, and the vehicles that i put them on were looking so awful i didn’t know what the problem was till i looked closely at the bottle lol. I threw it away and got a new bottle save yourself the time and just get a new coat.

concentrate all of your energy on letting people know what you offer as a service. Wether that be online or in person, but just get your name out there!

So what i do is ask the customer if they’ve had work done on the headlights before or ask if they’ve have messed with them in the past? If so then moisture or permanent damage can be a factor. Which is not usually the case but its good to rule out these variables. If the headlight is crooked it allows debris or moisture to get inside which you cant do anything about it. And sometimes its too deep to clean. They all won’t come out perfect, but they are way better than before. Hope that helped!

@Angus L Well thats up to you. For me i assess the before and after of the headlights. See if they are way better than before and if I brought value. If i did i just tell them theres nothing i can do about the inside damage, and if they want a refund they’ll let you know. Most of them are happy because they turn out to be way better than before.
