As the year winds down and the Christmas season is here, we just wanted to pause and say thank you. Thank you for being part of our community. Thank you for allowing us into your career journey, even if you’re still just exploring what’s possible. For many of the people we work with, this time of year is reflective. You think about the year you’ve had… What worked. What didn’t. And quietly, what you hope will change next year. If a career change has been on your mind, more stability, better pay, flexibility, or simply work that doesn’t drain you, know this: It’s possible. And you’re not behind. We’ve seen nurses, support workers, retail staff, admins, and career switchers make life-changing moves they once thought were “too risky” or “not for someone like me.” Christmas reminds us that fresh starts don’t have to wait for perfect timing, just a willingness to take the first step. I know some are aware already of my success Story 😂 but I wanted to share my journey and my Project Management + Business Analysis Success Story I secured within 3 and half months again. I was not a believer to be honest before I joined @Ese Elakama Tech community because of my past experiences. I was a Healthcare Assistant on £12 per hour. Now I'm earning what I never, ever dreamed of. Before, I joined @Ese Elakama Tech Internship Communities (TPI & TPG Tech Community) another popular tech company sold me dreams 😡😡and I realized all they had was name and NOTHING real to help us that joined for real. I've spent the little money I did not even have on that bootcamp😡😡😡 promising heavens and earth. Saw Eses post one day on IG and there was something about the way she spoke..Calmly That was it for me. And I joined and the rest is history. I just saw my contract. Im now A BA💪🏻 Chineke, i di Egwu. Chinekeeeeee!!!!!! Completed the 3rd stage Interview this money. I can’t believe I am the one typing this. You took me away from Shame🥲 I used to be a Manager back in Nigeria, you have finally put me back and even made me better. God bless you my sister. Chai! I am now a Business Analyst ooooooooo I have been on this journey for 4 years. Going from one tech training school promised Heaven and earth from one to another until I saw Ese on Instagram and joined TPI. Chineke, Im a Dom worker and I’ve packed shift back to back. I join classes with my earpiece because I can’t contribute while at work. I still watch the meeting videos I missed in the middle of the night. My wife don fight me tire to stop. I said No!!! Anytime I speak to Ese, she keep encouraging me not to give up, I am a man , I should be strong, it will pay off the end. Even if she did not pick, she must CALL me back or send a voice note. I was tired, Ese will send me voice note to check on me. Many times and keep on encourage me. Ese, Ese, Ese…. GOD BLESS YOU! You are an ANGEL IN HUMAN FORM!
