Any idea if this is solveable using Desmos?

Guys, I got this question right by trying it out on the regression and adding approximate values, is this a valid way of solving or too unreliable? My thought process is that I just put the roots into the table, and assumed their remainders = their corresponding y-values. Then once the regression gave me the equation, I added the corresponding coefficients to the given equation and it gave me the right answer. Sooooo, valid method or no?
