Did you know: if you put green onions (with roots) in a couple inches of water, they will continue to grow on our counter? Change the water every few days so it doesn’t grow bacteria! I bought these onions from the store.

Sourdough is simple. Everyone over complicates it. Practice enough and it becomes second nature. I used to meticulously measure it all out and now I just go for it! Enjoy:)
