Going Live Tomorrow!
Quick heads up — I’ll be going live tomorrow at 12 CST to talk about something that’s been coming up a lot lately: Consistency, pressure, and why doing what actually aligns matters more than performing. If you’ve ever felt the quiet tension between what you should be doing and what actually fits your life… this will be for you. Come hang live or catch the replay.

@Lauren Lewis Thank you 🙏 If I’m not too tired later, I’ll make it. I’m boring asf when I’m tired! 🥱 I’ll let you know in advance 😊
Day 4: Keeping it boring
Reminder: gratitude doesn’t have to be deep. “Coffee” “Quiet” “My bed” “Not today’s problem” All valid. If you made your gratitude list last night, did it feel…? You don’t have to love it for it to work

I think it’s always helpful to be grateful for those ‘smaller things’. I find it’s come more naturally as I’ve got older. Had a rough day at work today, but found it was much easier to self soothe than in the past.
Day 2: Checking in
First off, I’m SOOO proud of you for committing to this gratitude challenge. Shout out to YOU. Quick poll: How did last night go? All answers count. This isn’t school.

My memory is like a colander atm! 😵‍💫
Day 1: The easiest challenge ever
This week’s challenge is aggressively simple. Before bed: ➡️ Write down 3 things you’re grateful for That’s it. No journaling skills required. No mindset overhaul. You don’t need to share them — but if you want, comment: • “Done” • Or one word for how it felt Miss a day? You can come back tomorrow.

Today I got an email to say I've been granted a free place in support group for neurodivergent women after being on the waiting list for nearly a year AND the meetings fit neatly into my schedule. Bonus! The third one is I'm safe and peaceful in my home.

@Lauren Lewis Thank you! There’s some vulnerability there, but I see it as more authentic as being neurodivergent is a part of who I am (even though I don’t like it sometimes!)
Consistency Reframe
When consistency feels hard, what do you usually assume is wrong?

For me it’s my time frame that’s unrealistic. I’m hard on myself for not achieving enough, yet when I reflect at the end of the month, write it down, it’s a visual reminder of how much I’ve actually done. That gives me motivation to keep going! I am guilty of beating myself up too. We’re socialised to believe this will spur us into action and keep us going, yet I’ve learned it does the exact opposite.

@Lauren Lewis You’ll see how well you’re doing and how far you’ve come.
