Today, I invite you to give yourself a gift. The gift of forgiveness. 💖 So many people struggle to find joy in their lives because they are stuck in the past... stuck in loops of self doubt, trauma and criticism. They confuse forgiving with forgetting the past. Or they think forgiveness is something we do for others, absolving them of the hurt they caused us. I think forgiveness is healing Fortunately, forgiveness is not hard to learn and practice, but so few people know how to do it properly. Forgiveness is the MOST POWERFUL gift we can give ourselves – RIGHT NOW – to lift the heavy weight from our lives. What would your life be like if you felt more energetic? More present? What could you achieve if you freed yourself from the burden of past regrets, trauma, and anxiety? It all starts with the remarkable and often misunderstood power of forgiveness. Day 4 22 ways to build your self confidence
Make the time to develop an excellent family life. Whatver that looks like for you Work on your relationship with your partner. Can you spend screen free / distraction free time together? Intentionally create perfect moments with your children. Just sit with them, ask them about them however old they are. Cherish your parents if you still have them . Sit with them too and find out as much as you can aboit their life, Appreciate your friends. Every one that you have is golden. No point in becoming successful and powerful but being all alone and unhappy. The richest part of our lives are our relationships. Doing something good for that other person will build you and your confidence in yourself.❤️

Day 3 22 ways to build your self confidence
Keep a journal. I’ve been recommending this daily ritual for over 15 years as it’s been transformative for me in helping me clear the clutter in my brain and see what direction I truly want to go in. Write of your good times, the joy, celebrate your wins, analyse your losses or pains, process here and clarify your hopes and dreams and vision on the clean white pages that will ultimately record a life you lived well I will be sharing Journalling tips in videos coming soon Do you journal?

@Kirsty Hendrie It’s ok to offf load too would try and focus as well on your gratitudes and finding the gift in difficult situations too. Helps enormously x
