🌕 Feeling it? It’s the Full Moon approaching 1st May
Women are cyclical by nature. Our bodies ebb and flow, much like the moon. We’re made up of around 60% water, so it’s no surprise we feel shifts more deeply and without all the noise of modern life, we’d likely be even more in tune with its rhythm. This one lands as a Full Moon in Scorpio, so don’t be surprised if things feel a little deeper, a little more intense. 🌕 Friday 1st May, 6:23pm, the Flower Moon rises. If this week has felt a bit… heightened, more emotional, more wired, more tired than usual — you’re not imagining it. The full moon has a way of heightening what needs to come to the surface. When you’re already running low, that can feel like a lot. Emotions come up quicker. Sleep can be off. Your system feels a bit on edge. It’s not something to brush over or ignore, it’s a moment to soften and let things move through.
