What is your favorite flower?
I love so many types of flowers, but red roses have always been my absolute favorite! They're a classic and always will be. And I just learned today that roses vibrate at the highest frequency of any flower! And no, the color doesn't matter so pink, red, white, or any other colors vibrate just as high. What is your favorite flower and why? 🌹💮🌷🌼🌻🌺🥀🏵️🪷🌸💐 Here is a webinar to be able to perceive the energy of flowers also!! Enhance Your Ability to Perceive Energy | The Shift Network

@Melanie Joy Vertalino Australian native bush flowers are a favourite as they look like nothing else on the planet with their strange shapes and earthy rustic aesthetic. They have a grounding vibe. And nothing beats Frangipanis, iconic Australian tropical flowers that grow on Frangipani trees in abundance here. They smell so divine; they are an instant hit of bliss. Tropical Flamingo Flowers and Peace Lilies are my favourite potted flowers around the house for their calming Zen feel— great housewarming gifts. If I wished for a gift of flowers for myself from someone else (apart from red roses from great love), it would be perennials of all kinds together and poppies. Perennials such as Persian Buttercups (pictured below) embody sheer joy, energy, and enthusiasm to me. They offer abundant variety, exquisite combinations and explosions of colour, shape, and wild, untamed beauty. They are very high-vibrational. And Poppies. Lol. Where do you stop? No flower is unwelcome in my life, though—different flowers create vibes and hold different meanings. Such a high-vibe exercise. Thanks, Mel!! 🥀

Music is the answer. There is no match for music. It's my ultimate higher vibrational hack because of its superpower to turn dark to light and shift the mood and vibe to great in under a minute. The key is picking the right music for yourself. And the best part? It brings us all together, no matter where we're from. Everyone can access its transformational powers. It's like a gift and a universal language that belongs to us all.😎🙏

@Mohammad Soleimanirad I was moved by Ekart Tolle's book The Power of Now. His writing offered a new perspective on living in the present moment that I had never encountered before. It made me realise the significance of embracing the Now.

@Jai Love "No more wire hangers!!!!!" 🤣 Classic!! Mommie Dearest is one of my all-time favourites. It's a genius film. The book it is based on is also terrifying but one of the best at illustrating toxic Narcissistic mother-and-daughter dynamics. I can relate to that; you might as well, from the sounds of things. I am very grateful I have finally detached and individuated from my mummy dearest. Spiritual work is closing that wound in a way nothing else has been able to do. These days, I can observe her from a distance. I still see her occasionally, but we mostly just text or email. Easier to stay cool, stay calm, collected, keep my boundaries and shit together at all times and steer conversations away from danger zones. If I react to her relentless baiting and mandatory criticism of me, she will use that as a weapon against me. Don't feed the narcissist! Boy..I'm getting the sense that there are so many of us on here who have these kinds of abusive dynamics in their families. 🙏💜

@Mohammad Soleimanirad, I am very sorry you suffered so much violence at the hands of those who gave you love. It is the ultimate betrayal and must have greatly impacted your ability to trust other people, especially those closest to you. I have forgiven my caregivers in my heart and mind for their failures to protect and love me, but I have not called them to account because I know it is a futile exercise. Give love to yourself and allow yourself to forgive him in your heart only if that's what it looks like when you are ready to let it go. Forgiveness, in general, is the hardest thing to master and is still a work in progress. Betrayal in childhood cuts very deep indeed, but you can overcome it, and I know you will eventually be able to detach from it. It took me decades to get there. Namaste. 🙏🧘‍♂️
