There was so much useful information and clearly presented but I would say understanding the financial aspects is one of the most important parts. Understanding if a development is financially feasible and then making sure that’s controlled throughout the process is key. The spreadsheet analyser is a good tool but I would like to work out a way that I can be sure of the figures and assumptions that are in the spreadsheet. For example, how do you work out build cost per metre square? For the value per m square I’ve asked Chat gpt - but I would still go to local estate agents to get an expert opinion to validate what chat gpt said.

I think it’s really beginner friendly. The training videos are about 10-15 mins long so you can easily fit in a few every evening. It didn’t take me too long to get through it doing it that way. Mark gives really practical information and it’s presented in a very structured way which I personally like. I don’t think you need any money to start a venture like this you can get it all from developer finance and investors. I would recommend you give it go :-)
