Shoutout to SkoolKit...😳
Hi lovely members! If you’re seeing a lot of declined payments, I think it’s worth checking out @Mark Mars and @Jack Coots SkoolKit. You know I love them because of the way they’ve been building Everads with me 🙏❤️ Here are my results within the first week. My team used to DM people and follow up manually, and we recovered less. Now, this is simply set up and works for me in the background. I’ve also been using the keyword DM function, and it’s saved me a ton of time 🥰 Lots of members also love the post-scheduling feature. Here’s my affiliate link if you want to check it out: https://www.skool.com/skoolkit/about?ref=1999a274837b41938768694b466147cb

@Mark Mars definitely post scheduler, auto DMs and voice messages. I’ve missed those big time. Once I have more payments coming through Skool then naturally the payment recovery and churn hero would be great. Right now most of my payments are processed off of Skool.

@Mark Mars meanwhile…do I just need to transfer my team money and have them join on their personal account? I don’t want them to have to pay for it, even if it is a good deal. Does that make sense? (I also don’t want to multiply it too much…I have 4 team members ha ha)

Question about migrating my current membership to Skool :) I'm in the middle of migrating my community from Heartbeat to Skool and running into a few snags. I recorded a video explaining the full situation (LINK TO MY 3-MINUTE LOOM), but the main issues are: getting existing paying members in without them having to go through the paid link, making sure the right people land in the right tier (I have two tiers), and keeping our tier-locking settings intact while we figure all this out. My members are parents of neurodivergent kids, so they're not super techy and I really need this to feel seamless for them. Would love any advice that can help us make this simpler, smoother, and set us up to be able to also scale our Skool in the future. Thanks in advance!

High Ticket vs. Low Ticket: The Great Debate
This is a NotebookLM podcast generated from the discussion Aidan and I had inside Grow With Evelyn, and it is a really great summary of everything we covered. Worth tuning in… In this one we debate the real tradeoffs between high-ticket and low-ticket scaling so you can figure out which architecture fits your life. Here's what's inside: 👉 The real math problem with building on $10 subscriptions 👉 What high ticket actually does to client behavior 👉 A self-funding loop for creators who want to start low-risk 👉 Where both models agree and which season of life each fits Take the quiz below to find your model. Share your results below and let's discuss 🤗 https://lowvshighquiz.growwithevelynweiss.com/ What's your experience with high ticket vs low ticket? Have you bought each? Sold each? Would love to hear what you think.

Here are my results, though they don’t quite fit what’s going on in my current state of business. 😊 I already have quite a few paying clients and don’t plan to set up a free community at the moment - I have enough going on 😅😍

I am thinking about a $7 tier for Grow With Evelyn
For anyone who's been on the fence about Grow With Evelyn (GWE), or who joined the 7-day FREE trial and didn't stay... I'm considering opening up my inner circle at $7/month. Here's what I'm picturing: 👉 Access to the GWE community 👉 The cookie jar: my Claude skills, digital offer templates (artifacts and more), and marketing templates 👉 Foundations training: Skool setup, offer building, and traffic Would you join at $7/month? ✅ If yes, tell me what you'd want to see in there. ❌ If no, tell me why, and what it would need to be like for you to say yes. I want to make this as good as possible and really a no-brainer offer, so now's your time to tell me what you want 🤗

Can you make a YouTube or a lesson in GWE on how to introduce a $7 tier to a $99 membership without getting a lot of downgrades? Or $7 vs $33. I’m curious to know how this can happen without sacrificing the other tiers…or if our membership should be at a certain size first, if that makes sense?

Give me 22 Minutes and You'll Never Use Claude the Same Way Again
I just dropped a video on the 3 Claude features that changed how I work as a skool community owner. The features are artifacts, skills, and document generation. You've probably heard of them but I bet you're not using them like this. → The dashboard Claude builds from me rambling into Loom → What I give 1:1 clients after sessions that makes them feel like VIPs → Why I just drop in a PDF and Claude already knows what to do → How I teach Claude a brand new skill live in the video Check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BJsk4ljpp4&watch Comment WORKBOOK for the free resource + invite to my free AI community.
