Grateful to be welcomed into this group. 🧚🏽‍♂️🍓 My name is Emily. I am a 29 year old female who is working full time and am in school. I am engaged and have a wonderful 7 year old daughter. Although I have been vegetarian for 15 years, I have still struggled with brain fog, fatigue , anxiety/ panic, depression and interstitial cystitis. My friend introduced this concept to me, and I found myself down the rabbit hole exploring recipes and attempting the journey solo. I think having a community to share this journey with, will support me. And I would hope to support others, too. Thank you again. I look forward to meeting with you.

Are you tired of being tired? Do you want to lose weight, heal your body, or just feel lighter and clearer? Do you want to raise your vibrations and start fresh this year? A fresh start. A new beginning. A journey with your body, your energy, and your healing. We’re starting next Monday and this challenge is for everyone, whether you’re fully raw or raw till 4. It’s not about perfection, it’s about showing up for yourself every day and staying consistent with love and awareness. ✨ How It Works: 1. Pick your level: Fully Raw, all meals raw. Raw Till 16/ Raw Till 4, raw meals until your chosen time, after which cooked vegan meals are allowed. 2. Post daily: Share your meals or progress in the group every day, for example: Day 1 – Breakfast: mango smoothie, Lunch: salad, Snack: watermelon, Dinner: raw veggie soup Or simply: Day 1 – Feeling energised, lots of hydration, skin glowing! 3. Support each other: Comment, cheer, and encourage others. This is a community journey, not a competition. 4. Check in with yourself daily: Notice your energy, mood, digestion, skin, and any insights or challenges. 5. Stay consistent, not perfect: If you slip or have a challenging day, that’s okay. Just return the next day, progress is built over time, not in one day. Your Responsibilities: ✅ Post your daily meals or progress in the group ✅ Engage with others and cheer them on ✅ Be honest about how you’re feeling ✅ Stay hydrated and listen to your body Support: I’ll be posting the official rules, tips, and guidance for anyone joining. We will also have Q&A sessions during the challenge for anyone who needs extra help, like with detox protocols, parasite cleanses, or adjusting to fully raw living. ✨ Let’s start this journey together next Monday!
