The course has made me aware of how valuable writing small goals and practicing presence is. It has given me a boost to realize I am not my thoughts only and I am using the adhd brain as an excuse for not doing my part to change but no Shame only growth and more love to receive so I can give it away. Grateful for your generosity and presence I’m praying for your mission to help many 🙏🏽💖✨
