Hi everyone, Thought I would pop a positive post on here as I think this is something I would have liked to read when I first started with PrintShrimp 6 months ago. It's been quite the learning curve. I struggled to find my niche in the beginning and was also undercharging massively with my artwork 😅 I have 2 shops, the first is my main shop and the 2nd is one I've recently opened and together they are bringing in £700+ profit (after tax and etsy fees etc) a month, which honestly just blows my mind! I love doing this and now that it's actually making money I couldn't be happier.. I also feel like this is only just the beginning 🥳 A few top tips for anyone just starting out: 1. Do your research. Look on etsy to see what the bestsellers are and go from there. 2. ChatGPT (or claude, co-pilot etc) is your best friend. ChatGPT analyses my shop performance, writes all my art prompts and gives me lots of new ideas. 3. AI artwork is getting a bit of bad rep especially with younger buyers. I try and make sure my artwork does not have that 'ai look' to it. Also a huge thank you to the team at print shrimp!! The website is incredibly easy to use and the support with orders feels so personal and professional. I'm so glad I stumbled upon your tik toks at the start of the year and I hope this business you have made keeps growing and thriving! 🤩 Good luck everyone!
